Eat, Drink & Be Mindful is a site about mindful eating.  Dr. Susan Albers is a clinical psychologist at the Cleveland Clinic, (Ohio)  who specializes in body image, eating disorders and mindful eating.  The site is actually an advertisement for her book, however the site contains very good information on mindful eating.

Iceberg | ED Self Help is a site dedicated to supporting sufferers of eating distress and eating disorders (ED) along the path to recovery.  Much like an iceberg, it is not the visible symptoms of ED that are the majority of a problem.  A significant part of the ED is hidden in the underlying condition and this must be addressed carefully during the recovery process.
